Ocotea complicata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil (Bahia hingga Espírito Santo). Nama ilmiah Ocotea complicata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Daniel Friedrich Meissner pada tahun 1889.
