Ocotea foetens merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Madeira, Kepulauan Kanaria. Nama ilmiah Ocotea foetens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Aiton pada tahun 1870.
