Onopordum tauricum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Eropa hingga Türkiye. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan bull cottonthistle. Nama ilmiah Onopordum tauricum diperkenalkan oleh Carl Ludwig von Willdenow pada tahun 1803.
