Ophioglossum jaykrishnae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Ophioglossaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah India (Gujarat). Nama ilmiah Ophioglossum jaykrishnae pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2020.
