Ophioglossum petiolatum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Ophioglossaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan Asia tropis, subtropis, Pasifik, hingga Meksiko selatan. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan longstem adderstongue. Nama ilmiah Ophioglossum petiolatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Jackson Hooker pada tahun 1823.
