Ophioglossum reticulatum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Ophioglossaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis dan subtropis. Di Indonesia tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan nama jukut siraru (Sunda), daun saleh (Maluku), atau jumu tufa (Ternate). Nama ilmiah Ophioglossum reticulatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carolus Linnaeus dalam Species Plantarum tahun 1753.
