Ornithogalum constrictum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asparagaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membetuk umbi lapis. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape bagian tenggara. Nama ilmiah Ornithogalum constrictum diperkenalkan oleh Frances Margaret Leighton (later Isaac) pada tahun 1945.
