Ornithogalum tanquanum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asparagaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membetuk umbi lapis. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Ornithogalum tanquanum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Mario Martínez-Azorín pada tahun 2013.
