Pachylobus ebatom merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Burseraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Gabon. Nama ilmiah Pachylobus ebatom pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis André Aubréville pada tahun 2018.
