Parasenecio latipes merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan barat, Yunnan barat laut). Nama ilmiah Parasenecio latipes diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Adrien René Franchet pada tahun 1999.
