Pectis brachycephala adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko (Oaxaca, Chiapas), Venezuela, Aruba. Nama ilmiah Pectis brachycephala pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ignatz Urban pada tahun 1907.
