Pectis christii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Hispaniola. Nama ilmiah Pectis christii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ignatz Urban pada tahun 1921.
