Pectis fasciculiflora merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko barat daya. Nama ilmiah Pectis fasciculiflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1836.
