Pectis vollmeri merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Meksiko (Baja California Sur). Nama ilmiah Pectis vollmeri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ira Loren Wiggins pada tahun 1950.
