Pellaea atropurpurea merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Pteridaceae. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan purple cliffbrake. Nama ilmiah Pellaea atropurpurea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Johann Heinrich Friedrich Link pada tahun 1841. Nama spesies ini merupakan sinonim dari Hemionitis atropurpurea.
