Peltanthera floribunda merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kosta Rika hingga Amerika Selatan bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Peltanthera floribunda pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Bentham pada tahun 1876.
