Peperomia wheeleri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Puerto Rico (Kepulauan Culebra). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan wheeler's peperomia. Nama ilmiah Peperomia wheeleri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nathaniel Lord Britton pada tahun 1924.
