Phylica barbata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Rhamnaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Phylica barbata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Neville Stuart Pillans pada tahun 1942.
