Phylica harveyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Rhamnaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Phylica harveyi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Arnott Walker-Arnott pada tahun 1942.
