Phylica nodosa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rhamnaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Phylica nodosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Neville Stuart Pillans pada tahun 1942.
