Phylica thodei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Rhamnaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Free State (Afsel) hingga KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Phylica thodei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edwin Percy Phillips pada tahun 1925.
