Phylica virgata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rhamnaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Phylica virgata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Georg Wilhelm Franz Wenderoth pada tahun 1831.
