Phyllostachys bissetii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan bambu dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan, Zhejiang). Nama ilmiah Phyllostachys bissetii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Floyd Alonzo McClure pada tahun 1956.
