Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan bambu dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Guizhou, Hunan selatan). Nama ilmiah Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Algernon Bertram Freeman-Mitford pada tahun 1904.
