Piper barretoi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Brazil. Nama ilmiah Piper barretoi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Truman George Yuncker pada tahun 1966.
