Piper clathratum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Piper clathratum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Luis Sodiro pada tahun 1920.
