Piper lonchites adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Assam hingga Semenanjung Malaysia. Nama ilmiah Piper lonchites pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Josef August Schultes pada tahun 1822.
