Piper macropiper var. macrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan) yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua New Guinea. Nama ilmiah Piper macropiper var. macrophylla pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2013.
