Piper microstigma adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sumatra. Nama ilmiah Piper microstigma pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1869.
