Piper sintenense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan) yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Laos, Taiwan. Nama ilmiah Piper sintenense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sumihiko Hatusima pada tahun 1935.
