Piper telembi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Piperaceae (suku sirih-sirihan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Piper telembi pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1896.
