Pleopeltis acicularis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Pleopeltis acicularis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Charles Alfred Weatherby pada tahun 2018.
Pleopeltis polypodioides var. acicularis (Weath.) E.G.Andrews & Windham Polypodium polypodioides var. aciculare Weath.
