Pleopeltis fossa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Pulau Easter. Nama ilmiah Pleopeltis fossa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Thomas Moore pada tahun 1882.
