Pleopeltis orientalis merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Kolombia (Boyacá, Cundinamarca, Santander). Nama ilmiah Pleopeltis orientalis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2007.
