Polygala gondarensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Ethiopia. Nama ilmiah Polygala gondarensis diperkenalkan oleh Emilio Chiovenda pada tahun 1911.
