Polygala hamarensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Somalia selatan. Nama ilmiah Polygala hamarensis diperkenalkan oleh Mats Thulin pada tahun 1990.
