Polygala welwitschii subsp. pygmaea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Gabon hingga Uganda dan Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Polygala welwitschii subsp. pygmaea diperkenalkan oleh Robert Louis August Maximilian Gürke pada tahun 1998.
