Pyrola carpatica merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Carpathians. Nama ilmiah Pyrola carpatica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Josef Ludwig Holub pada tahun 1971.
