Quaqua arenicola subsp. pilifera merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape (Roggeveld Plateau). Nama ilmiah Quaqua arenicola subsp. pilifera diperkenalkan oleh Peter Vincent Bruyns pada tahun 1999.
