Rhamnus alaternus subsp. pendula merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rhamnaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Libya timur laut. Nama ilmiah Rhamnus alaternus subsp. pendula pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Renato Pampanini pada tahun 1977.
