Rhododendron dilatatum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang. Nama ilmiah Rhododendron dilatatum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1863.
