Rhododendron eclecteum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela utara hingga Brazil timur laut (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron eclecteum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Isaac Bayley Balfour pada tahun 1920.
