Rhododendron hartleyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau pohon dari famili Ericaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di batang tumbuhan lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Pulau Papua bagian timur Papua. Nama ilmiah Rhododendron hartleyi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Hermann Otto Sleumer pada tahun 1973.
