Rhododendron heliolepis var. fumidum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Yunnan timur laut). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron heliolepis var. fumidum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Isaac Bayley Balfour pada tahun 1982.
