Rhododendron rex subsp. gratum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Yunnan barat). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron rex subsp. gratum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Tien Lu Ming pada tahun 1992.
