Rhododendron rubropilosum var. grandiflorum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Taiwan (Nantou). Nama ilmiah Rhododendron rubropilosum var. grandiflorum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Takasi Yamazaki pada tahun 1996.
