Rhus taitensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Anacardiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Jawa Timur hingga Pasifik. Nama ilmiah Rhus taitensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jean Baptiste Antoine Guillemin pada tahun 1837.
