Rhynchosia potosina adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Rhynchosia potosina diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1911.
