Rubus indicus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah India selatan, Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Rubus indicus diperkenalkan oleh Carl Peter Thunberg pada tahun 1813.
