Rubus inopertus var. echinocalyx merupakan tumbuhan perdu dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Rubus inopertus var. echinocalyx diperkenalkan oleh Jules Cardot pada tahun 1917.
